	CHROMOcheck™ Antithrombin

CHROMOcheck Antithrombin is a chromogenic assay intended for the quantitative determination of antithrombin activity in citrated human plasma. CHROMOcheck Antithrombin is based on competition between inhibition of factor Xa by the heparin-antithrombin complex and hydrolysis of a chromogenic substrate by factor Xa which is present in excess.

• No interference from thrombin inhibitors
• No interference from heparin cofactor II
• Factor Xa-based, therefore no contamination of instrument probes due to thrombin
• 7-day stability once reconstituted and stored at room temperature (18 to
  25°C) in the original capped vial
• 3-month stability once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2 to 8°C in the original capped vial
