Our Teams

Precision BioLogic is not your typical company. Everyone belongs to a team, never a department. People at all levels within the teams are involved in decision making. Team leads are referred to, and thought of, as Primary Support People, not bosses. And leadership within Precision is recognized by a person’s “ability to get results in a way that inspires trust”.

To encourage connectivity, trust, and knowledge sharing across the company, we hold weekly cross-functional meetings where teams meet to review the week’s activities, identify what has been learned, and plan for the following week. During these open forums, anyone can ask questions, make observations, or seek clarification on information provided by other teams.

To further promote connectivity on a social level, it’s not uncommon for employees to stay after work for impromptu social gatherings on the patio. These informal gatherings provide staff with a great opportunity to get together for a drink and a good laugh.
